This Form is only to be used by children League Age 4, 5 and 6 who will be playing in the Saturday competition and/or Panther Ball.

Panther Ball is our in-house modified tee-ball program. It will be run on a Friday night: 5:30- 6:30pm.

Saturday competition is only for LA 5 and LA6. This will involve a training session through the week and a game on Saturday morning.
