Welcome to the 2023/24 Summer Season with Castle Hill Knights!
********Please note registrations are now CLOSED for ALL AGE GROUPS except 7U as all other age groups are now full*********
Unless you are registering your player for 7U, if you proceed to register your player, we are not able to allocate your player to a team and Baseball Australia and Baseball NSW will not refund the fees you pay to them.
Please contact our Juniors Registrar juniorsregistrar@castlehillbaseball.com.au if you have been directed by our club President, Vice President or Teeball Co-ordinator to register your player.
A few things to note before starting the registration process:
- Please ensure you register your player for the age range that covers their correct date of birth.
- If you want to redeem an Active Kids Voucher, make sure you have the voucher ready before you start the registration process. If you don't enter your voucher during the registration process, you will not be able to redeem it later with Castle Hill Knights (though you could redeem it with another sport club).
- Fees are comprised of club fees and 'capitation'. Capitation is paid to Baseball Australia and Baseball NSW and is NOT REFUNDABLE once it has been paid, regardless of the circumstances.
- If you wish to play baseball with Castle Hill Knights and also play baseball with an association other than Hills Junior Baseball Association, you need to go through the transfer process before you can register to play with Knights. Only continue with registering if your player has been offered a spot in a team and you have been advised by the club that the transfer process is complete.
- If you have any questions about the registration process, or experience any issues (eg not accepting a birth date, not liking your mobile number or email address) please do not hesitate to contact our Juniors Registrar, Elizabeth aka Lizzi, at juniorsregistrar@castlehillbaseball.com.au. She promises she will get back to you ASAP but asks that you be patient as registration season is VERY busy.
