Membership Consent (Notice)
Basketball New Zealand is required by law to have clear consent from anyone who wishes to be a member. Membership provides rights under the Society’s Constitution, including voting and eligibility to hold office.
You will be asked to confirm your consent later in this form.
Payment of the Basketball Development Levy does not by itself constitute membership.
