REFUND POLICY
Refunds from Baseball Australia (BA) and Baseball WA are available in exceptional circumstances, such as:
1. Duplicate payments
2. Illness or injury where the player hasn’t participated in any games or training.
For baseball registrations, If BA approves a refund, a administration fee may be deducted to cover transaction costs. To request a refund for the BA & BWA Affiliation fee, just reach out to your club to start the process.
CLEARANCES
Need to transfer to another club? No worries!
Just reach out to your Registrar, who will guide you through the process.
Please don’t register until your transfer is complete—they will let you know when everything’s sorted..
MOVING CHARTERS (Junior Players Aged 10–16)
Thinking of switching clubs? Keep in mind that if a player moves to a club outside their current charter area, they’ll be ineligible to play in a charter State Championship All-Star Team for 12 months and will be "Redshirted".
This is a Little League International rule and unfortunately can’t be waived.
