REFUND POLICY
Refunds from Baseball Australia (BA) and Baseball WA are available in exceptional circumstances, such as:
1. Duplicate payments
2. Illness or injury where the player hasn’t participated in any games or training.
For baseball registrations, If BA approves a refund, a administration fee may be deducted to cover transaction costs. To request a refund for the BA portion, just reach out to Baseball Australia directly.
For Baseball WA fees, If BWA approves the refund a administration fee may be deducted to cover the transaction cost. Clubs just need to notify Baseball WA, and refunds will be processed once a month.
CLEARANCES
Need to transfer to another club? No worries!
Just reach out to your Registrar, who will guide you through the process.
Please don’t register until your transfer is complete—they will let you know when everything’s sorted..
MOVING CHARTERS (Junior Players Aged 10–16)
Thinking of switching clubs? Keep in mind that if a player moves to a club outside their current charter area, they’ll be ineligible to play in a charter State Championship All-Star Team for 12 months and will be "Redshirted".
This is a Little League International rule and unfortunately can’t be waived.
This year Baseball Australia and Baseball WA are charging capitation fees directly to the players. This covers insurance and other association admin fees. These will be shown on your invoice at the payment stage, and are required to be paid up front with registration.
WBC CAPITATION FEE
WBC is charging a $90 ‘WBC – Capitation 2025/2026 – Club Fee’ this season which equivalent to the ‘deposit’ that has been charged previously. This is necessary so that the club has the funds to get the season up and running. Team fees for 2025/26 have been reduced accordingly to reflect this capitation fee.
PAYMENT PLAN /XERO INVOICE
We appreciate that paying upfront is not possible for all in the current environment and for those who wish we would like offer a payment plan option via Xero invoicing. If you would like to be invoiced separately for your team fees, please use the Promo code ‘XERO‘ during your registration process. Your Xero invoice will be generated at the end of the month of your registration date with a due date of 30 November 2025.
KIDZSPORT
If looking to pay via kids sport please do not register at this stage and email jnrbaseball@wbc.asn.au

2025-26 Volunteer (Coach/Scorer/Umpire) product options are for registering as a volunteer in the BA database – required for Charter / State championship roles.
