REFUND POLICY
Please be advised the Baseball Australia & Baseball WA policy for refunds is only for exceptional circumstances for example double payment of fees or illness/injury where they have not played or practices at all.
In the case that refund is approved by BA this will incur a $3 admin fee from BA to cover their transaction costs. Players to request refund from BA for the BA Fee.
Baseball WA will refund $20.00 of the $22.77 paid on-line to recover transaction and Admin fees. Clubs to notify Baseball WA for refunds. Which will be processed once a month.
CLEARANCES
If you require a transfer to move to this club, Please contact the Registrar and she/he will help with the Transfer. DO NOT REGISTER UNTIL THE TRANSFER IS COMPLETED. You will be notified.
MOVING CHARTERS
Junior Players Charter Information League Age 10-16: Please note that the player is ineligible to play for a charter State Championship All Star Team for 12 months if a player transfer to a club outside of their current charter area that they live in. This is an LL International requirement and cannot be waived.***

JUNIOR FEES
Payment of $78.77 is payable at time of Registration to Baseball Australia ($56.00) and Baseball WA ($22.77) Affiliation fees.
Player Team Fee will be invoiced by the junior Section. If you wish to enter a payment plan, please contact the Junior Section Treasurer.

Please order a cap if you NEED one. Orders will be finalized August 15th 2024. If parents want to order a cap, please add the cap order and size in the "Comments and Request box".
PLAY IN A SECOND GAME
If players wish to play in second game in the season, please add this in the "Comments and Request Box". Placement depends on "If there is space" in another team.
