This form is ONLY for players who want to register for and ONLY compete in Masters Divisions 1-3 (Greater Brisbane League) on a Monday night, Gold Coast Winterball Masters, or another Masters-only competition.
This form does NOT cover a player for ANY other adults or women competition or event.
You cannot play in any of the following competitions using this form:
- Seniors Divisions 1 or lower
- Womens Divisions 1 or lower
- Masters State Titles will incur an additional tournament fee if you use this form.
- Womens State Titles will incur an additional tournament fee if you use this form.
