MACHINE PITCH - Transition from Tee-ball to Baseball
Like previous seasons we will be offering Machine pitch baseball. Machine Pitch is the transition sport between Tee-ball and little league baseball.
Machine pitch is played on the same size diamond as Tee-ball but instead of the ball been on a tee it will be thrown by a Mechanical machine operated by an adult. We have found that this is a great experience for all players involved and great step forward to moving players into junior baseball. Machine pitch normally do not train but play games on a Friday afternoon.
U11's Tee-Ball
It has been decided by the executive committee that U11 Tee - ball will not be offered this season but instead will look to transition kids into machine pitch baseball. In saying that if you believe your child is not up to transitioning to machine pitch please email teeball@wbc.asn.au
WBC CAPITATION FEE
WBC is charging a $75 ‘WBC – Capitation 2025/2026 – Club Fee’ this season. This is necessary so that the club has the funds to get the season up and running. Team fees for 2025/26 have been reduced accordingly to reflect this capitation fee.
