Completion of this form will mean you are registered to play lacrosse for Brighton Lacrosse Club for this season and beyond.
Lacrosse is an amazing sport and everybody five years or over can play competitively in South Australia.
Please carefully review each section of the form before submitting your registration.
For returning members please note that there are some new mandatory fields that will require completion. Please carefully review your EXISTING personal details and update as required.
Lacrosse Australia require that Volunteers, Coaches, Officials, Players and Committee members all register and provide their details. Please check all boxes that apply if performing multiple services. For umpire/referees please use "Match Official".
SA Government Sports Vouchers can be applied for during the registration process. You can save up to $200 on your child's playing fees. Amazing!
