All players must wear permanent shirt numbers on the back of their shirt. Players without numbers will not be able to play. This rule is set by NSW Referees Association and will be strictly enforced by the Centre.
No jewellery to be worn whilst on court.

DUTY
Your team will be required to complete duty for either the game before or after your game. You will be required to have at least two (2) people for duty. Duty rosters will be made as fairly as possible. If there is a bye team, the bye team will do duty for all games.
If your team does not complete duty you will lose 2 Competition Points for the ladder.

FORFEITS
At least 4 registered players from the team must take the court to avoid a forfeit.
A team must inform the Centre of their intent to forfeit as soon as possible either in person or by phone (02 8760 4800). You can also email mccompetitions@belgravialeisure.com.au.
Some allowances may be made if long notice (two weeks minimum) is given for whole team unavailability (eg. children school events etc). If a member of the Centre is not contacted or a team forfeits within the 48 hours before their game, 3 points will be deducted. Please note: if any team members can participate in a friendly, the fine will not be imposed.
Teams forfeiting 3 or more times in a season will not be allowed to register for the next season’s competition unless a vacancy still exists after all other expressions of interest are placed.
The team captain will be notified by phone in the event that the team’s opposition intend to forfeit.
A 30-0 win will be assigned and whenever feasible, the Centre will attempt to organise a ’friendly’ game at the designated time-slot if the team is interested.
There are no partial refunds of season fees paid when your team misses a game due to a forfeit. The time-slot of your game time will be available for your team to use the court to train in lieu of refunds.
FINALS SERIES
Teams will play 2 weeks of finals/playoffs for all competitions.
Finals format will be determined at the Centre’s discretion.
Players cannot be borrowed for finals; only registered players to participating teams, who appear on the team sheet are eligible to play.
