During the application process, you will be prompted to select your Product.
- If you have never been a member of our Elite Athlete Program, please select the NEW Application entry type.
- If you are a current or previous member of our Elite Athlete Program, please select the RE Application entry type after 11.59pm, Friday the 1st November 2024.
Application Fees:
$100 NEW Application
$100 RE Application
Please note that an additional late fee of $50 will be charged for applications received after the closing date.
