*Welcome to the Online Team Nomination Form for the 2022 Junior Winter Competition!*
This Nomination form is for the Junior Competition & this competition starts on 19/07/2022.
Regular round dates:
Wednesday 19th July- Wednesday 16th November
no rounds on Wednesday 28th September & Wednesday 5th October due to school holidays
Finals rounds:
Semi- Wednesday 23rd November
Grand final- Wednesday 30th November
In order to nominate into this competition, all players must remain under the age of that competition for the entirety of the year (ie: If a player turns 14 prior to 31/12/22, they cannot play in the U14 competition for the Winter 2022 Competition, they must play in the U16 competition)
Please note as team delegate, you will need to communicate with your teams throughout the competition, as required. By completing this process, you accept that you are willing and able to take on this responsibility.
Please note that each age group only has limited number of open spots, so it may fill up sooner than this date. It is for this reason we ask that you do not delay your nomination.
Please note: If you are nominating for more than one age group/division this process will need to be completed for each team you are nominating into the competition.
Cost involved:
Team Nomination Fees (which is required to be paid at the time of completing this online nomination process)
Junior Teams : $70 per team
Individual Player Fees (payable in line with the bylaws):
Junior (U12, U14, U16, U18 & Girls Only) - $260 payable before commencement of the competition. You will be asked to pay this fee when you add yourself to the team.
Basketball NSW Registration (Note: this is a mandatory requirement to be eligible to play in our competition. If you/your child currently holds a Primary Basketball NSW Annual Registration with another association, you will be required to pay the secondary affiliation fee)
Junior Players (Under 18): $102
Secondary Affiliation: $40
What you will need to complete your nomination in full:
- Valid Method of payment (PayPal, credit/debit card)
- Email addresses of each of the players who are nominating into the team (or parents of players, whichever is appropriate)
Once you have completed this online nomination, an email will be automatically generated & sent out to all the players (or parents of the players) that you have input the email addresses for. They are then responsible for registering themselves onto the team via that link & code. If their registration is due, or has not been completed yet, each player (or parent of player) will be required to complete the registration payment prior to being accepted into the team. They will also be prompted to pay the Individual player fee of $260.
