If you wish to have a Wolves Coach allocated to your Wolves Spring Comp team, please complete this form and pay the one off $105 fee. Please note, this is an optional service, you are not obligated to have a Wolves Coach, parents and guardians are encouraged to volunteer.
REMEMBER TO BE ELIGABLE TO PLAY:
Players MUST have both BNSW & Wolves Memberships.
Any player with out Valid BNSW & Wolves Membership is not allowed to take the courts (No EXCEPTIONS).
