Please register to your team by completing this form. You must be a registered player to participate in the Loftus Recreation Centre Social Junior Sports Competitions.
You will require your team code which can be provided to you by your team captain or by requesting it via email to the Sports Manager, Chaia, at loftussports@belgravialeisure.com.au.
To finalise your player registration, a fee will be required. This will cover your child's entire term registration and game fees.
It is not required however you are encouraged to purchase players insurance cover for the term at the cost of $7.50 pp.. Please visit the appropriate sport page on the Loftus Recreation Centre website to download the product disclosure statement for more information on what the insurance covers, prior to purchasing.
