Welcome to 2025 SAS Australasian Slam Registration Team Entry Form.
You will need to fill in this form to reserve your spot in our tournament.
A $100 non-refundable fee is payable when you register your team.
Player Entry Fee Deposits are due 10th August
Note- Personalised uniform orders are due FRIDAY 5th September 11.59pm
( No personalised uniforms will be ordered past this date)
Player registrations are due by the 30th of September into Game Day
All players participating in the SAS Australasian Slam need to be registered online into Game Day via a separate link which will be sent to the Team Contact via email on receipt of your team entry.
Player fees and uniform orders are to be paid and ordered through SAS Slam for this 2025 Tournament.
Once you have registered your team, a SAS team member will reach out to you with the next step.
All Player uniform orders are due by the FRIDAY 5th of September (11.59pm) .
NO personalised uniforms will be able to be ordered past this date.
**There is a minimum of 8 players required to register per team and a maximum of 12 players
