Welcome to the Harbour Basketball Team Entry Form.
This form is for the Year 2-4 Primary School Leagues held at Mahurangi Hope Centre in Warkworth. 22 Mansel Drive, Warkworth 0910
There is a $100 non-refundable team entry fee to register a team.
At the completion of this form, your team will be created, and a team code will be generated.
Each player will be required to pay a $85 player fee and an additional $5 BBNZ Development Levy. This Levy will only be payable once per year.
Every player needs to be registered online via a separate link, which will be sent to the Team Contact via email.
