SPORTS VOUCHERS
2026 vouchers are available to all South Australian children from Reception to Year 9 (eligible child/ren born between 2011 to 2021 inclusive). Each eligible child can claim 2 x $100 vouchers per calendar year. Both vouchers can be used with the same provider. PLEASE CHECK YOUR MEDICARE CARD NUMBER IS CORRECT INC. THE REFERENCE NUMBER OF THE CHILD.
Completed sports vouchers to be redeemed towards GLC fees should be presented at the Club at the time of Payment.
IMPORTANT FEE DATES
Late fees apply after 30 May 2025 (11:00pm).
Playing Fees are due in full by 30 June 2026. Failure to pay in full by 30 June 2026 will render you (or your child) ineligible to play at club, state or national level. Coaches will be notified of non-financial players.
IMAGE CONSENT
Photographs and video may be taken during my participation in lacrosse activities by Lacrosse SA and affiliated Clubs/Bodies (unless otherwise advised), which may be used by appropriate and relevant organisations for promotional purposes. Lacrosse SA’s Privacy Statement can viewed at www.lacrossesa.com.au.
I acknowledge it is my responsibility to notify my Club of any changes to the above permissions.
