Welcome to 2026 SAS Australasian Slam Registration Team Entry Form.
You will need to fill in this form to reserve your teams spot in the tournament.
A $100 non-refundable fee is required to enter your team.
Team Entries Close on the 31 August 2026.
Everyone who plays at SAS Australasian Slam needs to be registered online via a separate link which will be sent to the Team Contact via email. All Player registrations are due by the 31 August at the latest.
Players will need to pay a $165 player fee when they register and select uniform sizes.
This must be done by 31 August to have personalised uniforms no exceptions.
There is a minimum of 8 players required to register per team.
