VJBL Online School Holiday Program

Keep active over the school holidays!

Join our Basketball Development Officer Emilee Harmon in a 45-minute online session that will focus on fundamental athletic development with agility and body weight strength exercises, ballhandling skills, and recovery stretching.

This session will be perfect for any athlete who has experience playing in the VJBL competition or is at or above the age of 12 and looking to try out this upcoming season. All you need for the session is a basketball and 2 cones (or anything to act as a cone - like a water bottle), a tennis ball, and a yoga mat or a soft surface to stretch on.

Week 1:
Monday September 21st 5:00-5:45pm
Friday September 25th 5:00-5:45pm

Monday September 28th 5:00-5:45pm
Friday October 2nd 5:00-5:45pm
