This registration form is to attend the
'Life. Be in it.' April 2026 School Holiday Sports Clinics
Book in for a half or full day session of your chosen sport or activity! Participants will get to practice their skills through fun drills, activities & game-play, in a safe and supportive environment!
All Clinic Dates will have the following options:
Morning Session: 9.30am til 12 pm
Afternoon Session: 12.30pm til 3pm
Full Day: 9.30am til 3pm

Friday 17th April: Multi Sports (A range of Badminton, Basketball, Futsal, Netball and other sports and fun games)
Monday 20th April: Multi Sports (A range of Badminton, Basketball, Futsal, Netball and other sports and fun games)
Tuesday 21st April: Basketball
Wednesday 22nd April: Netball
Thursday 23rd April: Basketball

Once payment has been completed for the first participant, use the link to return to the beginning of this form. The details will be prefilled on the form but you will have to change the details such as first name on the form to the correct information for the additional participant/s.
