This registration form is to attend the
'Life. Be in it.' July 2025 School Holiday Sports Clinics
Book in for a half or full day session of your chosen sport or activity! Participants will get to practice their skills through fun drills, activities & game-play, in a safe and supportive environment!
All Clinic Dates will have the following options:
Morning Session: 9.30am til 12 pm
Afternoon Session: 12.30pm til 3pm
Full Day: 9.30am til 3pm
Clinic Sport and Date Options:
Tuesday 8th July: Basketball
Wednesday 9th July: Netball
Thursday 10th July: Futsal (Soccer)
Friday 11th July : Multi Sports (A range of Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Badminton, Netball and other sports and fun games)
Monday 14th July: Futsal (Soccer)
Tuesday 15th July: Basketball
Wednesday 16th July: Netball
Thursday 17th July: Multi Sports (A range of Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Badminton, Netball and other sports and fun games)

- If registering multiple participants, you will need to complete the form for each participant separately. Once payment has been completed for the first participant, use the link to return to the beginning of this form. The details will be prefilled on the form but you will have to change the details such as first name on the form to the correct information for the additional participant/s.
