This registration form is to attend the
'Life. Be in it.' September/October 2026 School Holiday Sports Programs
Book in for a half or full day session of your chosen sport or activity! Participants will get to practice their skills through fun drills, activities & game-play, in a safe and supportive environment!
Each day of our September/October School Holiday Programs will have the following options:
Single Sessions
We offer a choice of Morning (AM) or Afternoon (PM) Session daily
Morning (AM): 9.30am -12:00pm
*Check in is from strictly 9am onward.
* Pick Up by 12.30pm
Afternoon (PM): 12.30pm - 3:00pm
*Check in is from strictly 12.00pm onward
* Pick Up at 3.00pm
Full Days 9.30am- 3.00pm
*Check in is from strictly 9am onward
* Pick Up at 3.00pm
Program Sport and Date Options:
Tuesday 29th September: Basketball
Wednesday 30th September: Netball
Thursday 1st October: Futsal (Soccer)
Friday 2nd October: Multi Sports (A range of Badminton, Basketball, Futsal, Netball and other sports and fun games)
Tuesday 6th October: Basketball
Wednesday 7th October: Netball
Thursday 8th October: Basketball

If registering multiple participants, you will need to complete the form for each participant separately. Once payment has been completed for the first participant, use the link to return to the beginning of this form. The details will be prefilled on the form but you will have to change the details such as first name on the form to the correct information for the additional participant/s.
*Sessions will require 5 or more participants to proceed. Should your chosen session not meet this requirement, our team will be in contact to discuss your options*
