Kelly Sports Summer Series Football - WELLINGTON (cost $750/16weeks)
5-a-side Football Rules and Information
The season starts in October and finishes in March, with a break over the Christmas holidays.
Term four 2026 - 1st half
**Friday 16th October - Friday December 11th**
(NO GAMES BEING PLAYED ON LABOUR WEEKEND 23rd OCT)
Term one 2027 - 2nd half
**Friday 29th January - Friday March 19th**
Location: Ian Galloway Park, Curtis Street, Wilton
Enrollment: Open
**subject to council grounds being open
Game Times:
Youngest teams (5yr old's) play first then as the evening goes on it gets progressively older
Games run from 3.45pm at 30-minute intervals.
Games are 2 X 13-minute halves, 1 min half time & 3 min at game change.
Player of the Day Certificates (x8 for term 4) will be handed out to the Manger of each team in the first round from the Administration Desk, and they can be awarded after each game on the sidelines.
Grading Games:
The first three rounds of the competition are grading games and no points are awarded.
Placement of teams for the competition is decided from the results and scores of these three rounds.
After each grading round the teams will be re-assessed and may be moved into another group.
Grading points don't carry forward to the main competition.
Each week the draw for the next grading round will be published online and available on the following platforms
