This form is for our Mini Neers Rising Stars Basketball Program for children aged between 12 and 14 years old, that want to up skill their basketball.
This is NOT for a Senior or Junior Player that is wanting to play in our Club Competition games.
You need to fill out the Senior or Junior registration form if the Child or Adult wishes to play in our club competitions, not this form.

If you are an existing member - but did not receive a copy of your username and password after requesting it, select 'register as a new member'. The system will automatically merge your existing information with the new registration.
