Unley Life. Be in it-Futsal Youth League Registration (Summer 2025)

This form is to register for the 2025 Life. Be in it- Sport for All Youth League Futsal team for Summer 2025 (Term 4).



Season Dates: 19th October to 7th December 2025 (8 week season).


Costs:

Team Registration - $40.00* *Payment is compulsory for the team to be entered into the 2025 Summer season properly (unless your team, club or school wishes be invoiced).

Match Fee - $58.00 per game (inc. $19 referee fee)

Forfeits/Walkover Fees
Un-notified Walkovers - $116.00 (Less than 24 hours' notice before match)
Notified Walkover - $78.00 (More than 24 hours' notice before match)

Team Withdrawal
A team may withdraw from a competition at any point before the end of the season. A fee is applied depending on the amount of notice provided to staff. Please see the participation guide for more information.


Youth League Competition Grades offered are as follows:

  • Under 14- Players born 2011 or later
  • Under 16- Players born 2009 or later

    Sunday : 10.40 am - 2:00pm

    Registrations are due in by September 24th 2025 .
